Founder
Aiswarya Tatapudi is an ICF Certified Career and Leadership Coach. Former HR Leader who has Put in a decade plus into corporates is an Ex – IIPM and IIM Certified. Worked with 5 different industries,eminent leaders and great places to work such as ADP, Episource and K Fintech to name a few. Completed her PGDM from IIPM with global exposure and Certified through IIM on HR analytics.
Having seen both the worlds of business and employees, she believes that Our Country has immense potential to be tapped and organization’s can fast pace this change with People First approach.
